The establishment
The story of Becue home begins in 1986, when founder Johan Becue opened his first real estate office in Zwevegem. With a passion for real estate and a deep-rooted love for the region of South-West Flanders, he laid the foundation for what would grow into a leading real estate agency.
- 2000
Growth & reputation
After a decade of dedication and hard work, Becue home had built itself a solid reputation in the region. The Zwevegem office was expanded and the team grew steadily. The personal approach and customer trust were the cornerstone of this success.

Opening of the Kortrijk office
To better serve our customers in the wider region, we opened a second office at Overleiestraat in Kortrijk. This strategic expansion allowed us to build an even larger network and help more families find their dream home.

The next generation
A new chapter dawned when the next generation took the helm. With fresh ideas and a modern vision, but always true to the core values of the family business, Becue home was prepared for the future. Digitalization and innovation were embraced without losing the personal touch.

Opening Izegem office
With the opening of our third office in Izegem on the Gentsestraat, Becue home confirmed its position as the reference real estate agent in South-West Flanders. Three offices, one mission: helping people with the most important decision of their lives.
