1. General

These General Terms of Use apply to each use of the website www.becuehome.be (hereinafter "Website"), as well as any other service offered by BQ Home bv with its registered office at Otegemstraat 45, 8550 Zwevegem (hereinafter "BQ Home" or "Becue home" or "We" or "Us"), with company number BE 0424.024.513, owner and operator of the Website.

The term "Service" as used in these General Terms of Use refers to the whole of - visit and/or use of - the Website, as well as any other service offered by Us on or through the Website.

By the mere use of the Service, you acknowledge that you have read and accepted these General Terms of Use (hereinafter "GTC").

These TAC may be amended or revised at any time. The amended or revised TAC become applicable from the moment they are published on the Website. You may access the most recent version of the GTC at any time at www.becuehome.be.

BQ Home reserves the right at any time to modify, discontinue, temporarily or permanently, (part of) the Service with or without prior notice.

2. Use of the Service.

You must be 18 years of age or older to use the Service. Minors wishing to use the Service must be accompanied by at least one of their parents. Under no circumstances will BQ Home be liable if minors use the Service without parental supervision.

Use of the Service is at your own risk. The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.

As a user of the Service, you agree to understand and accept the following prohibitions:

You accept that BQ Home may rely on third party services and "hosting partners" to provide the necessary hardware, software, storage space and network and related technologies necessary to operate the Service.

BQ Home may, while you are using the Service, send "cookies" originating from the domainwww.becuehome.be. A cookie is a small file sent by an Internet server to your browser, which registers on your computer's hard drive. Cookies are necessary in order to make optimal use of the Service. BQ Home does not store any personal data in a cookie that can be used to identify an individual, nor does BQ Home use cookies for tracking purposes.

BQ Home has no control over the content or other characteristics of those websites or web pages and cannot be held responsible/liable for the quality, nor for the accuracy of the content or other characteristics of those websites. Reliability of the information on the Website
Although every effort has been made to ensure the reliability, timeliness, completeness and accuracy of the information and other content found on or via the Service, under no circumstances can we be held liable for direct or indirect damages, in particular material, immaterial or other damages resulting from the use of the information and other content of the Service. The same applies with respect to files downloaded from or through the Service.

In particular, we make every effort to regularly update the property advertisements on our Website. However, we cannot be held liable for any errors in the content of the advertisement or in case the property is no longer available when you view the advertisement.

3. Intellectual property rights

The texts, drawings, photos, videos, images, data, databases, software, names, trade and domain names, brands, logos and other components of the Service are protected by intellectual property rights and belong to BQ Home or third parties.

All collections of data in the Service are subject to the legal protection concerning databases, both in terms of structure and content.

BQ Home grants each user of the Service a non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable license, revocable at any time, to access the Website on a single computer, to display and, if necessary, to download the contents of the Service for the sole purpose of consulting those contents. Reproduction of the content is permitted only under the following conditions: the user may print one copy of the content of the Service solely for personal use, provided that in doing so he does not modify the content in any way and that he retains all copyright and origin indications of the Website.

BQ Home aims to respect intellectual property rights at all times. Holders of these rights may notify BQ Home at any time if they believe that BQ Home itself or any user of BQ Home's Service is violating his or her right(s). Please clearly indicate the content protected by intellectual property rights and the URL of the data(s) on the Website that have been violated or are infringing, as well as leave sufficient information for us to contact you (address, e-mail address, phone number).

4. Limitation of Liability

You accept and agree that BQ Home cannot and will not be held liable for any direct or indirect damages, incidental or special damages, consequential or incidental damages, including but not limited to compensable damages for loss of profits, goodwill, use, data or other intangible losses, due to:

  • Malfunctions, interruptions or errors in electronic service or information obtained through the Service;

  • The inability to use the Service;
  • Unauthorized access to or modification of your transmission or data;

5. Other conditions

BQ Home's failure to exercise any right or provision (arising) from these TOU shall in no way constitute a waiver of that right or provision.

In the event that one or more aspects of these T&C, in whole or in part, are (or appear to be) unenforceable, this shall not affect the validity and enforceability of the remaining provisions.

In the event of a conflict between these T&C and any special conditions applicable to certain services provided by BQ Home, whether or not through the Service, those special conditions shall apply.

These GTC are governed by Belgian law.

The parties agree that, in case of a dispute regarding the Service (including the current GTC), only the courts of the judicial district where BQ Home is located have jurisdiction.

6. Scraping, spidering, etc.

The use of automated systems or software to extract data from this website for commercial or non-commercial purposes (scraping, spidering, etc.) is absolutely prohibited, except for our prior written and express consent.

This website, as well as its layout, texts, logos, graphics, photographs and other items, as well as its selection and design, are protected by copyright law, trademark law, software program law and database law. Any copy or reproduction, public communication, adaptation, modification or other form of use or exploitation of all or part of this website, under any form and by any means, is strictly prohibited except with our prior express written consent.
