Careful selection of the right tenant
Once the first visit requests for your property come in, the team at Becue home gets to work purposefully. With suitable candidates, we schedule a personal site visit. During this tour we guide each candidate professionally and give all necessary explanations about the property.
Does a candidate want to rent your home? We ask interested parties to fill out an information sheet and provide the necessary documents, such as proof of income and a copy of their identity card. This gives us a clear and reliable picture of each prospective tenant.

From lease agreement to key transfer
